By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the site.

02 Description of service

AxonChess is currently in a development and calibration phase ("coming soon"). For the time being, this website exists solely to present the product and manage beta tester registration. The features, design, and content described are subject to change before launch.

03 Eligibility

To register as a beta tester you must be at least 16 years old, or have the consent of your legal guardian if you are younger, in accordance with Spanish data protection law.

04 Beta tester registration

Registration as a beta tester is subject to a selection process. Submitting your details does not guarantee participation in the program. We reserve the right to accept, reject, or remove any participant at any time, without needing to state a reason.

05 Intellectual property

The AxonChess name, logo, design, text, and other content on this site are owned by the AxonChess development team or used under license. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without prior written authorization is prohibited.

06 Acceptable use

You agree to use this site lawfully, without interfering with its operation or attempting to gain unauthorized access to AxonChess systems or data, or to those of other users.

07 Disclaimer of warranties

This site and the beta testing program are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding availability, continuity, or freedom from errors.

08 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the AxonChess development team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use this site or the beta testing program.

09 Changes

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect once published on this page. Continued use of the site after changes are published constitutes acceptance of them.

10 Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be subject to the courts and tribunals of Spain, unless consumer protection regulations establish a different venue.
